Students are encouraged to register one week prior to the start of the class.
Those who are registered will be notified if there is a change in the schedule.
Please call or come in if you are registering with less than a week's notice to
ensure there is space available and that the class is still available.
Thank you for your cooperation. Be sure to bring a lunch for day-long classes.
Listen to any Clear Channel (WRAK, WWPA, WBYL, WKSB or Backyard
Broadcasting Channel (WILQ, WBZD, WZXR), WJSA or WLYC (am) radio
station for information concerning the cancellation of
classes/activities due to inclement weather or other disaster.
For all Disaster related training, a pre-requisite is
Introduction to Disaster. To take the on-line course, you can
go to www.redcross.org, click
on Disaster Services and select (under Spotlight) take Introduction
to Disaster Services Course. If you do not have internet
access, please call Kathy Stine at 326-9131.
